Hapa Cupcakes – Alcohol Infused Cupcakes Just Like Grandma Used to Make

Okay, maybe Grandma didn’t make them like that, but the gals at Hapa Cupcakes do and you will soon be on your way to cupcake nirvana when you bite into one.   Many of their cupcakes are infused with alcohol but that bakes off so you’re left with just the flavor of whatever liquor was chosen.  If you’re looking to get drunk, take a shot of bourbon before each bite!  Oh yeah, that’s what Grandma used to do!

I was greeted with their Cupcake Sundae when I arrived to their base of operations in Anaheim.  A valrhona chocolate cupcake topped with oreo cream cheese frosting and finished with oreo cookie pieces.

I tried 4 other cupcakes and loved all of them and their naughty names.  The first one up is their Classic red velvet cupcake topped with cream cheese frosting, finished with a red candy heart.

The next one is their fluffy Madagascar vanilla cupcake topped with cream cheese frosting and finished with colorful rainbow sprinkles.
