6 lobsters in the last month.  Yes, that’s what I indulged in during Lobsterfest at the Longboard in Huntington Beach.   Lobsterfest is now over and I must find a way to cope without them being a regular part of my diet.  Is such a thing possible?

So another 11 months of waiting till next year’s Lobsterfest.  That’s just enough time to get my cholesterol levels back to normal!
