I love seafood and I was looking for a nice change of pace this past weekend after 3 days of turkey overload.  It’s lunchtime and Rubio’s is conveniently located just a few blocks away.

Lobster Langostino Tacos at Rubio’s?  Must investigate.  To be honest, there was a part of me expecting a few pieces of lobster and a bunch of filler but to my surprise, there was actually a lot of lobster in these tacos!

We also got their Tilapia Tacos served blackened which gave it an extra spicy kick.

They’ve got a variety of salsa’s to choose from.  Personally, their roasted chipotle sauce is what does it for me.  I love the smokiness of it.  To me, it pairs well with almost anything on their menu.

After 3 days filled with gravy and stuffing, this hit the spot!
