It’s hard to believe that I’ve never eaten at ZPizza before.  For some reason, I had some misconception that it wasn’t good.  I was delightfully proven wrong with their Provence Pizza with Italian Sausage.

Having never eaten at ZPizza, I didn’t know they focused on healthier organic ingredients.  Normally I wouldn’t care about that stuff, but I’ve sorta been on this organic kick with my wife being pregnant with our first child.  I find myself buying organic at the market whenever I’m in the produce section. Who knows how long it will last.

Provence Pizza with Italian Sausage

The Provence Pizza is made with organic tomato sauce, homemade roasted garlic sauce, mozzarella, artichoke hearts, capers, tomatoes, fresh basil.  We chose their wheat crust which I had initial concerns about, but it was tasty!
