It’s a veritable conga line of pigs waiting to be slaughtered for your culinary enjoyment! Well, actually it’s just the name of one of Slow Fish’s signature dishes. Slow Fish is a Korean restaurant tucked away in an indiscreet shopping center on the corner of Bolsa Chica and Edinger in Huntington Beach. It’s a cool little place that also has a sushi bar.

Their Dancing Pork is slightly sweet with a spicy kick. Kind of like Galbi short ribs.

I’m not sure why it’s referred to as Dancing Pork though. I envisioned some pork sizzling on a hot skillet. Nonetheless it’s very good.
